  1. Returns:

    • You may return items within 5 days from the date of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
    • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers.

  2. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer service team at rarexdepartment@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
    • Refunds may take up to 10-12 business days to reflect in your account.
